Why do you only carry one brand of Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee?

Although there are five authorized roasters of Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee we have chosen Coffee Roasters of Jamaica for a few reasons.  The most important of these reasons is that their coffee is rated best in quality by Jamaica's Coffee Industry Board.  As well their service and pricing our exceptional.  We have stuck with Coffee Roasters of Jamaica because they have consistently delivered fresh, premium quality Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee.

Where are you based?

We are based in southern Wisconsin.

Are your products shipped from the US or Jamaica?

Our products are shipped directly from the US.  We purchase in bulk from Jamaica and then ship direct to our customers.  This process allows us to keep our freight costs as low as you'll find and our shipping time faster then you'll find anywhere else. 

How long does it take to get your products?

We guarantee that all products purchased through our website will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase.  When you our completing your purchase you have the option of determining which level of priority you would like your products shipped with.  Most of our customers choose first class mail which generally delivers within 2-3 days of shipment. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently we only ship to the US.  We have plans to ship internationally in the future.

What forms of payment do you take?

We currently process all of our payments through Paypal.  If you have a Paypal account you can log into it and pay through your account or by credit card.  If you do not have a Paypal account you can pay as a guest using Mastercard or Visa.  You will see when you are checking out that there is a spot to click to pay with Paypal.  Once you click this link you will be taken to Paypal's secure site for payment.  Once your payment is processed you will be redirected back to our site. 

How is your coffee packaged?

Our coffee is packaged in a vacuum sealed foil bag which is inside of a burlap bag.  All of our coffee typically carry's a one year shelf life.  The expiration is printed on the back of the bag.  In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the freshness of our coffee please contact us and we will make arrangements to get you a refund or a replacement.
